These Terms and Conditions govern your use of A Florist First’s wholesale services. By placing orders or requesting access to our inventory, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for registered florists and business customers. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter into contracts and are authorized to act on behalf of your business.

2. Account Access

• All customers must be connected to A Florist First within Komet Sales to access our inventory.
• If you do not have a Komet Sales account, we will create one for you.
• If you already have a Komet account, we will grant access to our inventory.
• Account credentials are personal; you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.

3. Orders and Pricing

• Orders are placed exclusively through Komet Sales.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by A Florist First.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery: Available throughout the Southeast, as specified at order confirmation.
• Pickup: Available for Jacksonville customers at our warehouse.
• While we make every effort to fulfill orders on the requested date, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, supplier availability, or transportation issues.

5. Payment and Billing

• Payment terms will be communicated during account setup or at the time of order.
• We may require prepayment, credit approval, or payment upon delivery depending on the customer account.

6. Product Quality and Liability

• We strive to provide fresh, high-quality flowers and floral products.
• A Florist First is not responsible for the handling, storage, or care of products after delivery or pickup.
• Liability for any claim related to products is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Florist First is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our wholesale services, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Duval County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
